In a context of growing power and structuring, it is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), member of the Management Committee, to support the next stages of growth and strengthen the strategic dimension of the Finance function.
Mission
Reporting to the General Management, you act as A true strategic right-hand man, with a key role in the financial structuring and overall management of the company.
Strategic vision & value creation
- Actively contribute to strategic decisions and changes in the economic model
- Optimizing the cost structure and profitability of operations
- Anticipate financing needs and secure the sustainability of the model
- Support the company in its market developments and its structuring decisions
Financial management & modeling
- To be a guarantor of Business plan and its coherence with operational reality
- Building scenarios, sensitivity analyses and projections for management and shareholders
- Model new growth drivers or business segments
Structuring the Finance function
- Change the financial organization and associated processes
- Strengthen management, control and reporting tools
- Support the rise in competence of teams
Funding & partner relationships
- Managing the relationship with financial partners
- Structuring and executing financing transactions
- Track key financial indicators and associated commitments
Governance & reporting
- Ensure financial reporting to governance bodies and shareholders
- Preparing strategic and financial supports for committees
- Coordinate audits and external stakeholders
Profil recherché
- Higher education in finance, management or engineering, ideally complemented by a specialization in finance.
- 8 to 15 years of experience, with significant exposure to environments combining:
- Project Finance (infrastructure, energy or long-term assets),
- debt or banking relationships on the lender or borrower side,
- entrepreneurial or fast-growing context with demanding shareholding.
- Proven experience in management or structuring of a Finance function, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
Key skills
- Advanced mastery of financial modeling and excellent understanding of financing mechanisms
- Ability to analyze complex models and challenge their hypotheses
- Solid analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Ability to make complex financial topics legible to non-specialist interlocutors
- Comfortable in agile environments, with a high level of autonomy
