Description
One French company in strong growth, positioned on hybrid activities combining product, digital and content, is currently strengthening its Finance function.
In an environment characterized by multiplicity of flows (sales, subscriptions, digital revenues...) and structuring challenges, the Finance team is evolving towards a more strategic role, with an increased need for reliability, management and optimization of processes.
To support this phase, the company is recruiting a Senior Accountant, with a key role in the consolidation of accounting fundamentals and the continuous improvement of practices.
Mission
Attached to the financial department, you operate independently across the entire accounting perimeter, with a double objective: secure existing operations and advance working methods.
Accounting production & closings
- Piloting the monthly and annual orders, guaranteeing their reliability
- Supervise revision work and end-of-period paperwork
- Prepare the necessary elements for external audits and controls
Flow management
- Ensuring the correct maintenance of cycles customers and suppliers
- Follow varied and sometimes complex flows (recurring revenues, specific transactions, etc.)
- Ensure consistency between business tools and accounting
Taxation
- Take charge of current tax returns
- Contribute to the production of annual tax statements
- Work in collaboration with external partners on regulatory issues
treasury
- Participate in the daily monitoring of cash flow
- Contribute to the reliability of cash forecasts
Continuous improvement
- Identify areas for optimization in existing processes
- Participate in the structuring of tools and the quality of financial data
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline information flows
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in accounting (6 - 8 years), with a double office/business exposure
- Solid mastery of accounting closures and French tax obligations
- Comfortable in environments with multiple flows and significant volume
- Good understanding of financial tools and digital environments
- Professional English Level
