Impactivist is an investment and support structure at the service of companies with a high social or environmental impact. It is the result of the collaboration of a hundred men and women, themselves entrepreneurs, who provide human and financial support to impact entrepreneurs.
With 37 investments made since 2012 (e.g. Yuka, Murfy, Les Alchimistes, Les Alchimistes, Weefin, Recyclivre, Lifeaz, Uzaje, Géo, Géo, Nostoc biotech, Alvie... ), Impactivist is a leading player and pioneer in impact investing in France.
In partnership with xAnge, Impactivist also manages Mutuelles Impact, the impact fund dedicated to health and social care (€95M under management).

Within a fast-growing structure, you will work on the sourcing and selection of projects, the structuring of investment transactions, the support of participations and the development of activities. by Impactivist.

Your main missions will be:

• Proactive sourcing of investment targets corresponding to Impactivist's thesis: start-ups with a very strong social and/or environmental impact, potentially systemic, early stage, that we can support effectively
• Analysis (technical, strategic, financial, operational, operational, HR, impact) of investment targets and presentation to the investment committee
• Structuring investment transactions (due diligence, negotiation of terms)
• Support for portfolio companies through participation in strategic committees, in the conduct of specific missions (technical, impact, strategic, financial audit) and the creation of a relationship of trust and proximity with portfolio entrepreneurs
• Contribution to the animation of the network (shareholders, participations, experts, etc.) and to the influence of Impactivit
• Preparation, negotiation and execution of exit transactions
• Participation in fundraising from private and/or institutional investors

We are not looking for purely financial profiles, above all, we are looking for entrepreneurs who can support other entrepreneurs.

Professional experience:

• 7 years or more of professional experience
• Experience in creating and/or managing startups, in VC or in supporting startups
• Operational experience in COMEX positions in companies of +10/400 people
• Engineer/Agro/Scientific training
