With more than 30 investments made in sectors such as energy efficiency, renewable energies, renewable energies, soft mobility, the circular economy, inclusion through employment or education, this team of fifteen professionals is a reference in impact finance in France.

The Objective: to strengthen the investment team to support the deployment of a new fund and continue to grow high-impact startups.

• Origination : identify targets via a network of entrepreneurs, investors, prescribers and intermediaries.
• 360° analysis : carry out financial, operational and impact analyses (social/environmental) of opportunities.
• Representation : embody the management company and make founders want to welcome it into the capital.
• Execution of deals :
  • Internal: preparation, organization and facilitation of deal-flow meetings, pre-committees, investment committees and strategic committees.
  • External: managing due diligence, structuring transactions, negotiating financing and legal documentation, negotiating with management teams (packages, pacts, etc.).
• Portfolio tracking : active support for participations to accelerate the creation of financial value and impact.
• Exits & reinvestments : scenario construction and implementation (refinancing, sales).
• Management : supervision of business managers and interns.

• 7 to 10+ years including a structuring experience (3-5 years) in investment (VC/Growth/PE).
• Appetite for numbers, excellent mastery of investment modeling and analysis.
• Strong desire to contribute to a more responsible economy.
• Ambition and rigor.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of community and intellectual curiosity.
• Empathy and relational ease with managers.
