So they are recruiting a Sales Manager experienced to support their strong growth phase.
This position is for one profile at a time Strategic and operational, capable of combining commercial execution and business management.
Initially, you will intervene directly in the field — managing key accounts, closing complex deals, structuring the pipeline.
In the Medium Term, You Will Evolve Into an Expanded Role With Full Responsibility for a Product Line, including go-to-market, growth and profitability.

La mission
- Develop a portfolio of B2B customers, managing the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value proposition, negotiation and signing.
- Maintain a clear and structured vision of the pipeline, by ensuring continuous monitoring via internal tools (CRM, reporting, forecasts).
- Building and managing a sales team: recruitment, support, implementation of sales methods and performance indicators.
- Define the commercial strategy of a product vertical and monitor its profitability (P&L, pricing, performance).
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategy and maximize growth.
- To be one of the company's ambassadors to customers, partners and key players in the sector.
Profil recherché
- Higher education (business school, engineering or equivalent).
- 5 to 7 years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS, fintech or energy universe.
- Control of the closing of significant deals with rapid decision cycles.
- First confirmed experience in team management or transversal leadership.
- Strong interest in product strategy and business performance management.
- Ability to navigate between field execution and strategic management.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (CRM, Notion, Slack, etc.).
